So today I am going share the way through which you can connect Android mtp or storage device to tv.You can again Enable USB Mass Storage option in your Android Device.
Step 5.Before disconnecting USB, eject from Computer and then press 'Disconnect Mass Storage' in app.
NOTE:This app is to enable Mass Storage Mode for mounting your Memory Card as a USB Drive in Computer from your rooted device [Android 4.0+]..
It does not mount internal storage, and it will not work if your device doesn't have External Memory Card Support.

Note : For Enabling USB Mass Storage you have to just Root your Android Device.
Follow up with me and in the End you are successfully able to connect you Android Device to Tv and also able to access all the file contain by your storage.
Step 1. For this as I told you have to Root your phone.To do perform Rooting operation on your search on www.youtube.com "How to root PhoneName"
Replace PhoneName with your Phone Name.
Step 2. When the root operation has been successfully completed.You have to just download the app given below or you can directly search it on google play.There are so many app that you can use for enabling USB Mass Storage.
Step 3.Connect phone using USB cable to Computer or TV or DVD/Audio Player (or even to other phone with OTG) or whatever.
Step 4.Open the 'UMS Enabler' app and press 'Enable Mass Storage' and give it root access.
(Try 2-3 times if it doesn't work the first time itself).
